What a beautiful location, beautiful social and family room and what wonderful, committed people. Both condolence and goodbye were arranged perfectly. It felt warm and intimate, even in Covid's day.
Friendly guidance, nice building for a good farewell
Had a condlianse from my deceased sister here a week ago, this one was on monday evening from 7.30pm to 8pm it was busy the family might not have been quite busy.
After a long line I finally arrived at my family to give condolences and then had a cup of coffee with family members, a little later for our cousin from Lelystad get a coffee at the coffee counter the sliding doors closed while I was seen arriving after waiting for a while but just called! A male employee came and I asked if I can have a coffee! This man told me it was already about the agreed time? I said I wanted another coffee for my cousin from Lelystad! I don't care where he comes from Daan she the employee ?? Finally got the coffee! But how disrespectful this comment from this man.
I as a brother of my deceased sister can't do anything with this.
If it ends, go to the funeral director and discuss this, and do not saddle family members with it !!
