Baby litter ordered 11 days ago, but received nothing at all (no mail at all NOTHING). Not available by phone .. neither by email. We want our money back .. scam !! Boycott this store !! Not everyone has a lot of money to spend. Talk to your customers and provide good service!

Baby Mundo is unreachable by phone (strange, because it should be available from 10:00 am). Very annoying, because we have ordered a pram that we really need and that has not yet been delivered, but that has already been paid for. Receive confirmation and that's it. No clarity about when we can expect the product. Very frustrating.
