I am really not happy with them because I called them 2 times to just get letter but they didn’t respond. I search their email address but I didn’t find so what shall I do now .

Best doctor ever..

Bad GP. Doesn't even have the decency to state that his practice has been taken over by his daughter. Speak to him in person at 8 in the morning that I am in terrible pain he would never call me back. Called back at 12 noon, but 2 hours on hold and no answer or response, only automatic voicemail machine. Tried an emergency line but kept pushing it away. The assistant has a friendly voice but that is all about it, otherwise no customer service and I am very disappointed in this general practice and this is a very bad thing as it concerns the health and well-being of people. It was already a bad practice but since the takeover worthless and I am in Schock how they treat people and there is no involvement.

CURRENTLY KNOWN AS: GP PRACTICE KHUSHI Literally leave people to their own devices. No wonder the mortality rate is so high in this neighborhood, because it is impossible for you to come into contact with these doctors. Now just thrown out of the queue after waiting for 2 hours. Also do not respond to mail. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT TO YOUR LOT

Unfortunately bad experience with accessibility, 1 hour or more on hold is no exception. Was prescribed very heavy antibiotics last year that were not needed, I still suffer from it. Doesn't get called back after an MRI scan I had, and I don't feel like hanging on the line again for an hour. Is there a hotline somewhere for this type of practice?
