Worst customer service ever. Just moved to NL and wanted to register with a doctor. First in line for 1h to finally get told I can come the next day to register. When I got there I then got told they don't take new patients.

Mr. Joenje is a good, friendly, and caring doctor. However, the waiting is way too long. Most of the times when I've scheduled an​ appointment with him, I'm waiting up to 30 minutes!

Today is tuesday.. calling for an appointment.. assistant says first spot is monday! Huh! I need to see my doctor! This is not acceptable.. if he has a lot of patients why do you register more? This is at least thr 3 time

My mother has been a client of Dr. Joenje for over 10 years. I must say in these 10 years I have never experienced this either. My mother has had a bad spot on her head for months, no pain, but now she had a receptionist on the line, explained the problem and indicated that there is no place: I: fine, no problem, can the doctor call me, Receptionist: yes only Monday I say is this a joke or what? Receptionists: (also very nice in her own language to talk to someone else) NO HEAR SHE HAS THE PROBLEM YET FOR AN EXTRA 4 DAYS NO EVIL! I'm still in shock! This is simply unacceptable. If your own general practice cannot even reassure you.
