I had an emergency situation, called several times,nobody picked up the phone after information ‘ press 1’ I was disconnected, my new house doctor tried to contact Ogbuli- the same. I hope everyone who is working in this place understands how it is important to answer the phone in an emergency situation!!! Take care of yourself, my trust is complete gone to Ogbuli

How this practice has deteriorated ... the assistants are polite. The phone is not answered. The assistants before were great and friendly ... now almost aso !! Friendliness service and a smile are hard to find ... every time I am helped by someone else who does not understand one nut of my illness and just explains something !!! If you are going to inject you will be treated like a small child ... sit there and get this etc !!! Everything stands and falls with the doctor, he is responsible for hiring and service to his customers. I notice that more and more Africans join ogbully, also staff who only speak English, after years I am going to say goodbye to this once nice practice

Bad service, doctor treated you well. The new assistants cannot even arrange a good appointment. They know better when to be treated or not. Whether you are in a bad way or not. Really bad!!! Don't miss the old assistants they were really great.
