Top service And absolutely discreet personal but sometimes i have bad feeling because Is maybe more than two cards from your room doors, And when one of these Is not working but you have open door from a Guy with tshirt housekeeping Is really then very bad feeling. So 4 Stars.
I will give this 5 stars as opposed to my original review which was one star. We got a dirty room but this was quickly changed upon notifying the management. They also gave us free parking. No hassles.
Staff were faultless. We managed to break the coffee machine late at night and were allowed into the restaurant for unlimited hot drinks until it could be fixed the next day. Our taxi didn’t turn up so they rang us a new one, explained the urgency and had it there within minutes. Room modern, huge and spotless! I’ve stayed in some nice hotels and this was one of the best!
Very pleasant stay. Quiet rooms. Nice shower. Good aircondition. Very responsive staff. Warmly recommended.
The rooms and staff are very nice. For the price, the quality is astounding. The only problem is the location as it is a little but out of the way although that isn't too big of an issue as there is a metro station that goes directly into the city right next to the hotel.
