terrible experiecne, there's no customer servce. Order takes long time to deliver.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Stayed awake for 2 hours and didn't receive any food, when I eventually called them they said there was a delay and they would cook the order as soon as possible. When I hung up, they cancelled the order. Unprofessional.

Made an order using Uber Eats, took over 2 hours to arrive, during that time I tried to contact the restaurant and cancel the order but there was no answer. Finally when the delivery arrived after 2:20 hours, the delivery didn't really care about the fact that they don't answer the phone and I could not cancel the order.

90mins later, still waiting for it. Nobody answers the phone. Disgusting service. How are they on food app still????
