Grando Keukens & Bad Hilversum

Beautiful showroom, knowledgeable staff, and quality installation! Marja was able to visualize what I had in mind for my kitchen and execute a design based off of our need to add additional storage. Ron did an amazing job with the tear out and installation. We were very happy knowing that all the work is done "in house" by their own staff and not executed by a subcontractor. Would highly recommend Grando to those looking to make their kitchen something special that will be appreciated for a long time.

Nice kitchens however we were walking around and trying out the mirrors which had a cool light feature and we left them off because we thought it was like that but the a employee who was glaring at us the whole time stormed in and then aggressively told us that “they were on first and that is how they should be!”. I felt very strange and confused about that mans hate. Further everything else is fine but that really shocked me

Friendly welcome, and beautiful kitchens in itself. It is not really thought with, our agreement no 3-d drawing but only a quotation (which was stupidly expensive) they claim that the quality of a Grando kitchens is much higher, but don't let this fool you !! We eventually bought our kitchen elsewhere at a store that is fair, but offers really good quality for the amount you pay. Not recommended!

We had an appointment on Thursday 3 October in the store in Hilversum (with a young blonde lady). We did not feel taken seriously as a customer and were outside again in half an hour. The appointment was to last 2 hours, but she went through everything in a nutshell. We eventually purchased a bathroom and kitchen from the competitor.

At the beginning of this year we have a partly new kitchen purchased from Grando Hilversum. The advice from Martin, the owner, was very good. Really think along and not just want to sell. Everything delivered on time, craftsmanship from both the painter and the installer was very good and enjoyable.
