The workers are friendly only when they are selling but when they loose your product that you already payed for then the only answer you are going to get is we don't know and some colleague is going to call you in a moment , and you can wait as much as you want without being called back. For me it was two times for 2 days and when i called them back 5 min before they are closed they are going to listen to you until the hang-up on you while you are talking, i even asked for my money back, but like always "sir, a collegue of us is going to call you for that" but not for real, i payed 95€ for renting a bus for nothing. Terrible service - furniture not delivered on time, they don’t answer emails or pick up the phone - I’m trying to get in contact for 9 days without any success! I regret I bought something from them!

Very bad delivery sevice... They gave us a time frame of 5 hours for the delivery... which if you are working is not doable in the first place. At 12 they called us that they are in front of the door, we rushed home, we were there in less than 10 minutes and we literally saw the truck leave... When you call consumer service, they basically blame you for not staying home for 5 hours (we have a new apartment with no furniture at all no internet) so they expect you to sit at home 5 hours on the floor...great. They are not willing to call 10 mins before they get here not possible. Also not possible to return-no refund. Not recommending it to anyone. They might have good prices but service is in the stone age.

Great place to get on trend furniture.

We have bought a sofa, but cannot use it after 2 months because we have not received any legs. After calling and sending emails several times, we do not get a connection. Pity.
