Family Practice Medical Center South Bussum

I came into contact with the Bussum zuid medical center because my own doctor is on vacation, after which I was referred. I kept getting sent from pillar to post while there was a time constraint. Moreover, this happened in a way that many would not describe as (customer) friendly. Example: I called back to ask if there was any progress in the meantime. At first I was pushed away twice. Later I tried again and then got on the line a lady who was unfriendly to say the least and claimed that I had called 15 minutes before (which was definitely not the case) and that I had to be patient. Let me put it this way: of the 5 reviews this center has, it does not surprise me at all that there is twice a 1 and once a 2. Reply to your response; If you are going to attack your customers, at least do so with facts; but that goes wrong in the first sentence. My doctor was also on vacation before and then I had to see you too. Then I was sent away several times while I had appendix inflammation. Finally went to hospital and had emergency surgery that same evening, then had to stay in hospital for another week. Apart from that; how come I had not spoken to you personally / received care for this problem? Could that be because of the employee who pushed away several times? Or the employee who would call back didn't and then was annoyed when I called at 4:50 PM when your site said you would close at 5:00 PM? Obviously it can be very busy, but is this the way you treat patients? Also ironic that there is no response to the way your employee has behaved. Ironic that you have now deleted the comment (posted on 13/07/2020). But hey, luckily we live in 2020 and screenshots exist.
