The Kortehoefseplassen. A very beautiful area where you can really enjoy silence. Sailing with a motor boat is therefore prohibited here. Natuurmonumenten wants to have some parts land again, because specific plant species belong to the different landing stages. That is why breakwaters are installed in the pools and banks are protected against calving. The thickest trees are removed in order to prevent trees from being blown over by the wind and to bring down armies in their fall.
