Nice location, friendly staff. We came here as part of our ongoing quest for the best apple pie. We didn't find it here. Unfortunately, the apple pie was frozen. Major bummer.

When going for lunch I would recommend an Uitsmijter Colonie with brown bread, accompanied by a Leffe Triple. Besides that, good menu, great food and superb staff.

No nonsense good food. Nice location between bussum and Amsterdam southeast. Reachable by bike. Near natuurmonumenten for a good walk at large natural parks / landscapes. Veggy and vegan options, clearly marked at the menu. Reasonable prices.
