I love taking Mirjam's yoga class at least once a week. In the beginning it took some getting used to. The lessons - of one (1) hour - are over before you know it. Good guidance from Mirjam who gives everyone the attention they need during the lesson to perform the exercises well, calmly and safely. For me, it is a great time in the week to focus on yourself, to relax in spirit and to be physically active. This given the busy week. The first lesson is free to see what you think. A must for everyone. If you think about it, feel free to come along and join in!

For more than 10 years I have been following Mirjam's yoga classes with great pleasure and my body and mind will benefit from it! Mirjam is a sweet and inspiring woman with all the professional knowledge. Moreover, she has the necessary life experience and a good sense of humor. She is one of the most authentic people I know and I still learn a lot from her. Her Ayurvedic massages are also a pleasure: afterwards you can take it relaxed and refreshed! In short: highly recommended ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Mirjam is the most passionate yoga teacher I know. She shares knowledge with a certain humility and that graces her. Her yoga classes are humorous, down to earth and during the yoga class you recharge your soul through the sun that also shines through her hands during the massages! The yoga and massages are a treat for body & soul and heart & soul! (And also good for your "laughing muscle" ;-)) I am grateful that she is in my life ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

Mirjam is a very nice and sweet yoga teacher with a lot of knowledge and experience. She uses a variety of types of yoga that she adjusts well to the atmosphere and energy in the group. Mirjam also occasionally gives a series of lessons with their own theme (series) such as lessons around the chackras with each lesson 1 chakra in the center with corresponding yoga postures and guided meditations / relaxation. She coaches people with an injury at their own level and gives advice on how they can best do the posture.

I experience the yoga classes of Mirjam as pleasant. It gives me awareness of both my body and the mind. The structure of her lessons is good. It is important that you are invited to be in the here and now and let go of all your thoughts. Mirjam also explains well how the anatomy of the body works, thereby demonstrating professionalism. Her singing bowls and the music she chooses for her lessons provide peace and relaxation. The attention to breathing ensures that your body can relax and brings you to meditation. In short, I recommend her lessons for anyone who wants to relax in this hectic life.
