Not an honest car dealer. 5 months after we bought a "solid" relatively pricey 2nd auto, it turned out to have multiple serious issues which the dealer didn't mention to us at all. We had to pay a big amount of money to have the issues fixed. And all the dealer could say to us is that 'there is always a risk'. Hiding this kind of information to sell us a car. Really bad!!!

Bought my car in November Nisan Micra. I was helped very nicely and they let me look at everything quietly. made a test ride and then offered my peugot to exchange. Got a nice trade-in price back. My nisan drives very well. I am very happy that I bought a car from you.

Bought a 2005 two-hand chevrolet matiz in early January 2021. After two test rides, I came to the conclusion that there were two defects. After those were resolved, the car is fine. I can only say great service and a friendly salesman.

December 2020; Bought 18 year old Toyota Camry with service history and low mileage. Later, independent inspection turned out to be in good condition. Ask in advance; serious interest? Then a friendly business approach and good negotiation / trade-in willingness. After test drive bought the car and left with a good feeling.

When do you miss the mark as an occasion dealer? Three months ago I exchanged my much too expensive but oh so good driving Mercedes (with an extra charge) for a Renault Scenic from 2002 or 2005, strangely enough the papers contradict each other ... A week later I already reported starting problems. The car was left to be checked but strangely enough I turned out to be the only one who was bothered by it, or the Occasion Dealer 't Gooi BV had magical gifts, because a defect was not found and there would be nothing wrong with the car . Then you start doubting yourself, the cliché woman behind the wheel flashes through my head and I lend the car to a masculine man to try out. What is my surprise, men behind the wheel can also suffer from starting problems! Back to the dealer again. That dragged on for a number of weeks in which I returned to and from the car, with more and more problems, and the dealer indicated that there was nothing wrong with the car. Then exchange for another but for 300 less than I had given because we were now a few weeks further and, well, every car has to do with depreciation according to the dealer. But! I had this problem from the beginning, I had to give the dealer the space to solve it and now that it has not worked mechanically and the car must then be exchanged, I apparently pay 300 depreciation over the few weeks that I had to the dealer to solve the problem. I personally find 300 depreciation over two months rather difficult. Since there was nowhere else to go, I tried a number of other cars that were there, but one rattled and silted even worse than the other. So the question from me whether the dealer wanted to take the car back for that money. No, the answer was "I have enough cars." Yes but not one that is right for me. Then you should try it again next week because there are cars every week it was said ... .. wait ... you just told me that you do not want to take my car because you have enough cars ...... Today, finally three months later and after my car had been there for 4 weeks because it was eventually impossible to drive (starting problems, turning off when I stopped at the traffic light or busy, for example, service light that was now also red hot, stench in the car from the engine), sir wanted to stroke his oh so big heart and take the car in for 550 euros. In concrete terms, that means that I drove around for 3 months with a broken down car, if it felt like it, and of which the car has been parked in front of the Occasion Dealer 't Gooi BV for the past 4 weeks and that it cost me 750 depreciation ?! I feel fooled, right? * In response to the reaction of the occasion dealer, the entire text no longer fits here but I can summarize it as; Meer quite often screens with the factor of luck and low price, also other reviews posted with this company. I went to an occasion dealer because it seemed more reliable than a private person. Dear future customers, so sir himself admits that as far as this company is concerned, that can sometimes turn out to Russian roulette. So don't do it !! 😉
