Small-scale ecological nursery and flower picking garden, where you imagine yourself in a small paradise full of flowers, plants, butterflies and other insects. I pick my own bouquet of fresh flowers and immerse myself in it ... Amidst the meadows, I enjoy the vast polder landscape, when I look up and around me. With flowers and a bag full of fresh organic vegetables and some small fruit, I cycle home completely zen. Good for the world, but also very good for me! It makes me very happy!
What a particularly beautiful place, where nature is honored and Marjolein reaps the benefits (and vegetables, herbs and flowers). Here you can pick a bunch of flowers, buy fruit and vegetables or herbal tea. Everything is 100% organic and hand-grown, cared for and harvested. Today chef Wilco Berends of De Nederlanden (awarded with Michelin star) was present and prepared dishes on location with vegetables from Veldlof as the main ingredient. And how wonderfully delicious it was!
