Very good service
Quite a nice shop, but I had to work there again for my money 😉🤣
Excellent range, nice discount on the umbrellas (that's what we came for) and - above all - very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking, plenty of space. And nice and quiet so keeping a meter and a half distance was no problem at all. Safe with my 92-year-old father.
Over the past few months, I have noticed that you are being treated less customer-friendly. Some staff members are blunt, don't even say hello, are curt, look grumpy or even walk away after 1 question asked (even if you haven't finished yet).
I always felt very comfortable in this branch, but that has decreased significantly.
The lady I asked for help seemed very grumpy, she couldn't smile or greet. She immediately tried to walk away after answering my question. She said she didn't have the product I was looking for (I eventually found it myself anyway).
I didn't get the impression that she wanted to speak to me, so I gave it up when she decided to walk away. I said when she already walked away: "Then I'll look a little further, thanks anyway." She hasn't looked back or said anything in return.
I've been coming here regularly for my pets for over 10 years, but I've never experienced this before. The friendliness of the staff has deteriorated very hard.
