Last weekend at Hemingway with an overnight stay via Heerlijk. What have we enjoyed! Although we have eaten at several Michelin restaurants, the dinner was nowhere as surprising and tasteful as here. Original and beautiful dishes. Because of Corona, no more alcohol could be served after 20:00, we were neatly offered a juice package as an alternative (which we did not use by the way). Only comments are that the aperitif was very expensive (€ 11.50 per glass) and the courses were served very quickly. This was somewhat at the expense of the experience. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were in our room at 8:30 PM. During this time the 6 courses + 2 appetizers were served. The room was very spacious and neat. Also a lovely bed, which we had taken home! Thanks!
