Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Stadspark

We were impressed with this hotel. There's atmosphere and the rooms were ok. Or first room was just above the spa and it was noisy. Start away from 327 if you're sensitive to noises. I told them about it and we got another room without problems. The spa is nice, bit small for a day but it's ok. 3 saunas, 1 steam room, relaxation room, cooling area with different options, horrible showers that were hot and cold and short and a pool that's both inside and outside which is nice. Tiny pool outside and two jacuzzis and a big hot tub. Staff was friendly and supportive.

Stay was good. Wellness facility was decent though I must say this is the smallest/least favorite wellness place compared to other wellness areas. The restaurant inside wellness is a bit weird. Staff often have to go up and down from the hotel restaurant to get food. Pity for them as well as for the guests (waiting times so long). Restaurant - terrible experience. From drinks, to food, everything took so so so long. Almost 60minutes waiting for a dessert! Never eating there again. Breakfast menu is quite decent though, with the continental breakfast.

Room neat and clean. All the requisite items present. Was not impressed with the restaurant. Order taken. My starter carpaccio brought quite promptly. But the 2nd Coke Zero was a standard Coke. Diabetes 2 nono. Empty plate hung around whilst serving staff walked past 7 times without clearing. Our mains arrived .. the sweetcorn bit looked very shop shopworn and was cold. The bit of steak was as ordered m-rare. The ribs were not fresh as the sauce had already congealed. The chicken was bone dry and absolutely tasteless and had resided in a Bain-Marie for quite some time. My wife's steak would have been a better bet. The chips arrived when I'd finished and were also ice cold. Sent these back...came back...still cold. Third time lucky. ..... the 2 breakfasts served in our room were fine. Come on Fletcher...train your serving staff and get the eatery up to standard.

The spa contains so much chloride that your eyes and nose are constantly burning, you don't need to get underwater with your head for this effect. The staff is lazy and unfriendly. Some even made misplaced and unpolied jokes. Definitely not 4 star worthy if you see the quality and conditions of the rooms.. dont go fletcher hotels

Lovely nature and sightseeing in the neigbourhood. Friendly staff, and delicious dinner! Rooms need to be cleaned better.
