General practitioner is nice. Assistants generally fine. But finding contact with practice is super frustrating. Calling at set times, because of busyness, do not intervene, the many practical activities that make them unavailable .... This frustrates me.

This doctor is barely reachable by telephone on workdays. And if you send an email to make an appointment, you will get weird email back not to make an appointment via email. But how then is this doctor not reachable by telephone? The assistants do not have the decency to call to make that appointment.

Since last week calling Thursday for a recipe for my husband, not a repeat recipe, she just can't get on the phone. This is only possible between 1.30 p.m. and 5 p.m. and then the assistant is busy with practical support activities. Very unfortunate this, further fine doctor and assistants. Day later call at 1.58 pm, and what do you think ........ the practice is closed !! Is not fun anymore. You cannot send e-mails either, you can only call for a prescription between 1.30 pm and 5 pm.
