Nice shop for nice gifts

During my first visit, there was already little customer-friendly. The next day decided to go back but since I didn't know if my friend would like it too asked if it could be exchanged. Here it was very difficult to do, with the excuse that the cash register system could not handle it. I was not even allowed to return it the next morning. While the visit was at 2pm.
