Super service
A part of my order wasn't deliverd correctly, but they quickly resolved this issue. Very happy with their service and products!
Bought an external filter for my aquarium at Pond Center Ekkersrijt. After connecting it turned out that it continued to give a rattling sound, there was also a lot of resonance from and through the filter pump.
Returned with the pump and within 3 minutes the employee stated that I could get my money back and he would later find out if this is a problem that could be more common with this model (Sera 400 + UV).
As a customer I felt heard and appreciated, even though this is the first time that I had bought something from this company. By nature I am very impatient, but this service led me to order another pump from this company and with it the extra effort of replacing the old filter pump and installing a new pump again.
This instead of buying another pump directly from another company.
In the future, I will therefore often go and see if I can get my stuff from Ekkersrijt Pond Center.
