Good place to go.
On December 2, we received the rabbit run, after being outside for 1.5 days the first (fairly large) rust spots appeared on 3 panels. Probably because the panels were packed without protection against each other and were damaged as a result. They try to get rid of it easily with a discount of € 15, but you can't even return 1 new panel to replace the damaged one! And that for a run of € 90 !!
Ordered the bench top mast premium silver coating on Sunday. No order confirmation received. Not available by phone. Communication then went through Messenger. Received the bench today. With bends and a door that opens the other way than the crate I ordered. No invoice has been received to date. The bench I ordered has suddenly disappeared from the website. I paid for the premium bench, but I wonder if I received it.
Terribly bad. A food bowl is crammed in meters of plastic around it and the agility palette set that can be folded comes in a lot of inexplicable parts without description. The promised covers are not included. All in all ordered for almost 150 euros.
I had not received a shipping email with track and trace and because I was not at home they had just put it at my door. Evht on all sides dissatisfied with the goods, the delivery and the communication or rather the lack of it. In a word scandalous !!
Well helped, with observance of the corona rules. Very well.
And the fat bed that I bought for the puppy who is coming, the cat absolutely loved it. She didn't want to get rid of it anymore.
