They are dealing with many customers during this tough period very well. They are well organized too. So, I didn't have to wait too long when I was there to pick up my order.

Ikea is strong in just every possible way. Sure the maze might get tricky and all, but in the end we end up getting what we want and stop by other things that are useful too. It's cheap and it's quality is very durable. I love the simplistic lifestyle and this gives exactly that.

As any other IKEA: so expect the usual maze to walk your way through. You can put your bag in a (free) locker in a nice little area under/behind the escalators. I cycled here from Tilburg and this sofa'd little space gave me the chance to eat my sandwiches and catch my breath before heading into the shop.

The customer service is getting worse and worse. And the when you think it is at the very bottom it drops even further. Really sorry. That was one of the best customer experience places before.
