The staffs are rude and not supportive. My son got treatment here, the service quality is extremely poor.

Very nice dental practice, very professional, modern equipment. You go there with peace of mind. As a dentist I have Mr van Buggenum, and as a dental hygienist Ms. Smulders. They do the work very patiently and give good advice. Highly recommended for those who want to go to the dentist with a good feeling. Not 5 stars for me, but 10 stars. As for receptionists, we ourselves are not always friendly either.

Fun is a big word for a dental visit. Receptionist is always busy so a good morning upon arrival is not always possible. You are tired of registering yourself via QR code, fancy but also impersonal. Dentists and assistants are friendly, helpful and professional.

3 months ago trying to register me .. (woman and child are already customers here) the most unfriendly desk clerk EVER, what a terrible person. Do not understand what toothache (bare nerve) does to someone. So let me walk with MONTHS in pain too. NO ANY ATTEMPT to contact us even after several emails. My 16 year old daughter also complains that she is being snapped at the counter. Fortunately, there are dental practices with more understanding for their customers. (Other practice called, an appointment within 5 days) You have lost me as a potential good customer and I am also going to take the rest of my family out of here.

I have been a client of this practice for 39 years now my dentist is h.van Haren. My children are also adults at this practice, always with good feeling and good treatment my dentist gets these 5 stars, but in all these years I have never been so rude treated as last week by a desk clerk with the black pomymans on her head. I would advise her to take a blonde wig, because rude and silly, that's what we call dumb blondes
