Great GP! As a patient you are number 1! Of course it is sometimes busy on the phone and there will be a queue. But this is completely made up for once you get the assistant on the line, you hear that they are having a good time. As a result, the conversation is also experienced as pleasant! If you want an appointment the same day, it is wise to call on time in the morning, usually the spots are different than forgiven. Assistants have no shortage of knowledge, do you have a complicated question? Then there are no problems to answer it. Now even in difficult circumstances, the practice tries to run at full speed to assist the patient! In short, a great experience with this doctor!

The telephone operators are very nice at first but can suddenly turn into a rude lady who gets very angry. I have a speech disability and therefore get out of my words very slowly. I'm trying to explain this. After 1 to 2 minutes she explains that I have to learn to talk more normally because she still has 3 waiting for her. She has no time for people with disabilities, she said literally. Discrimination up to. I do not understand that such telephone assistants are still allowed to work there. I've never experienced this, my advice: never go! If such a practice does this, it means they will abandon you even if you are doing very badly.

Let it be clear as Berkhoudt puts it in his derogatory, and ego status story to an expatient. Berkhoudt makes it feel like someone is trying to destroy it and put it down badly. But that, reviews just exist to be able to express themselves. Whether someone chooses the right doctor. You always have to wait and see where you end up again. And at first, something can feel good but eventually fade away. I have been a patient here, at this practice before Berkhoudt. Doctor Bertholet was there for Berkhout and I have been a patient of Doctor Bertholet for years. Berkhoudt took over the practice years ago from him. I can tell you all about it when Berkhoudt took over the practice. I no longer have experienced good communication, empathy, harmony, and expertise! Or felt heard. I try to keep this message short. It is a pity that Berkhout allows himself to be carried away by a sincere story from one of his expatients to be found here in the reviews. Berkhoudt. how he acts in this as being a professional. This already says a lot about the person himself how Berk loves being a partial person. Instead of entering into a communication and looking at his own share in this. Why people complain about him. And the communication in everything is 0% because the empathy is hard to find. And idd the operator with whom his own wife worked. These are very shaggy and have little empathy. You just don't feel understood or heard. I don't understand at all that Berkhoudt is still in effect. But each has his own opinion and experiences. My advice to Berkhoudt is communicate, and don't act too much with your ego, treat every patient equally. And delve more into people themselves and their background, and their story. Instead of just the anatomy around it, you empathize more. And if a patient is not satisfied, you will suggest why this is. And work with solutions. And let your assistant follow a communication course. If you are looking for a good doctor, I will not recommend this after my own experience. If you are looking for a good general practitioner with fine communication and where you as a patient really feel heard. With the right skills and empathy. I do not recommend this man. Good luck to everyone, in this quest and the yes story. I will respond briefly to Berkhoudt and his writing. First of all, thank you for your quick response and explanation. I think this is a great pity to read. Would you have spoken to me like that at the time and done something with it? If you still had me as a patient. I also talked to you at the time. But I did not feel heard, and it was not a relaxing pleasant conversation either. The communication with your assistants was also 0%. Before that, I left you, I have considered all the possibilities. To get through to you. In addition, you were also negligent at the time, regarding the complaints I came across. And I ended up in hospital because of this. I don't want to share too much on my medical history with you because of my privacy here on the internet. Hopefully you have learned over the years regarding your shortcomings. And you treat the patients the way it should be. And you will learn more about people, regardless of whether you have a click with this or not. You should then remain in your professionalism setting no matter what. Even though we are human and we make mistakes. Only in your profession is there too great a risk in special cases to deal with this laconically. I wish you all the best, Mr Berkhoudt. You may have learned, in the near future, from all this.
