The attitude of the staff is unfriendly when you call them for a service. We bought chairs and the box of the chairs is opened by their employees and we never received the box (it did not fit the car with the box). Now we cannot return it without the box. They even did not let me to check the warehouse if they still have the box. The worse thing is that they have no interest to please you even if they cannot really solve your problem.

Drama! What bad service. It goes completely wrong with two orders. Chairs have been changed up to 4 times because they initially creak. Then damaged versions are delivered and so went twice ... The wrong color was then delivered with another order. In this way we can continue to exchange for eternity. What a drama. Never again Trendhopper Eindhoven !!! (one star is too much)
