WORST SERVICE EVER! They completely destroyed my vintage coat. The entire inner layer has literally become crispy and broken into pieces. They knew beforehand that it required delicate care ... I might as well have cleaned it in the fryer. I got the jacket back with a note NOT apologizing ANY times, just that I didn't have to pay. That would be something !! By the way, I had to pay the full price for the other coats that I had treated. It also stated that they could fish the broken pieces out of the jacket ... As if that dissolves something, without that layer there is no structure in the jacket anymore. Tldr: DO NOT TAKE RISKS WITH THIS COMPANY! 🚫

Bad result, poor service. A black coat with a faded gray front came back from this dry cleaner. My complaint about this is dismissed with the statement that it is because the jacket has been worn !! ?? So this dry cleaner is only good for clothes that are new !!!!

After I had 2 hats and an in-between coat steamed, the 2 hats came back as dirty as sent. Moreover, there were dents in the cap that no longer come out. Contacted this several times with different employees and resent several times. After 2 months I hear lies that they have called me about the risks and they have made proposals (which of course they cannot prove) and therefore it is my own fault and falls under 'user wear' and if I am not there agree agree to pay € 60 to have it examined at the affiliated / independent company Netex. I did not do this after legal advice and now I have 2 damaged hats (value € 220).
