As a result of a very annoying, daily limiting neck complaint in which the fingers of my right hand tingled violently, I contacted Ilja. After an extensive initial conversation and subsequent research, she has drawn up a treatment plan and has started effectively. The treatments were pleasant because the results were immediately tested. I also received various good exercises that are very easy to perform in daily life. The fine treatments and exercises have meant that I am still free of complaints to this day! Very satisfied. Besides the fact that Ilja is a very pleasant person who can listen very well and can put you at ease, she also has a good dose of knowledge and experience that in my opinion she can apply very purposefully and successfully. neck Ilja is the first I will call !!

Good, result-oriented and painless treatment. Ilja clearly explains why she does certain things and can also explain the purpose of exercises that you can do at home. A pleasant way of working with (for me) quick results.

I have waited a while before posting a review. At the beginning of this year I had heard of Fysio Ilja, read her site and then I decided to make an appointment with Ilja. To experience how she would tackle my recurring neck / shoulder complaint. That has become a positive experience! Ilja uses a pleasant mix of warmth, enthusiasm, personal contact and professionalism. She has shown me how my complaint can arise or be maintained. Ilja also explains clearly how (neck) vertebrae and muscles are connected. I only needed 2 treatments .. and have since experienced that with the help of 5 simple exercises I have a positive influence on my neck and shoulder movements. Super!
