A 1.9 is extremely exaggerated for this store. The service and response to the customer is below any standard. There is no thinking along or acting in solutions. When something goes wrong, cheap explanations are given that nothing can be done about it because "the system" cannot always be monitored and a dozen more nonsensical excuses except the correct ones. It can also simply be said: "Excuse, we made a mistake, how can we solve it and / or think along with you?" Eliminating the questions with impersonal answers is unfortunately the way I have experienced. Hopefully that will not happen in the physical store. But yes, I am fortunate not to be the only one. I will continue to spare the details of what it is exactly about. Part set which has already taken 6 months and is delivered incomplete. In any case, it should be made clear that this really isn't a Baby Dump for me, but a Customer Dump. Money must be returned. Just to howl. Worthless and certainly don't expect this case to be so annoying. And by the way, it concerns several incidents. Do something with this information.

Very poor service. You order a product, they report it to Post NL, but only deliver it to Post NL after a week, so you can wait extra long for your order, which is in stock. With their so-called, ordered today, delivered tomorrow!

Car seat ordered, never delivered, but paid ... Are you friends with Baby and Teen webshop perhaps? Even such a bad shop online ...

14-1 Incredibly poor service. Sending emails from 28 September to which you will not receive a good answer or no response at all. If you try to contact us via Facebook, they cannot help you further. It is a stitching that comes loose when a car seat is delivered. Not the hardest problem to me 30-1 In the meantime they have contacted that a replacement item will be sent. I received this, but the wrong part. Reported this again, after which they promise to send the correct part. However, to date nothing has been received

What an awful associal way of dealing with customers! This is just a worthless way to act! I advise everyone to order absolutely NOTHING here! I was 22 weeks pregnant and went to the store with my husband to choose a car, ordered a car, took longer than normal but by the end of the day it would be delivered on July 22! Car had to be paid immediately in store, so we did! Now it is now 25 July and still no baby dump truck, contacted with baby dump several times but just won't be included, you can't even get in touch with that store normally !! Even when a cummerbund ordered in the store, paid immediately but never got him home after many long phone calls finally had contact, he would be sent immediately, after 2 days finally the cummerbund turned out to be a nursing bra! Again many long telephone hours followed, but again there was no answer, I was sent back to see contact with the belly band and I had to send a nursing bra back, now 40 weeks pregnant and still not received a belly band! I don't need it anymore! This afternoon I would like to go to the store itself to get it right! People believe me it's worthless !!!
