Just got our bathroom installed from Sanidirect, very good shop, high quality items, with good deals. We requested also the installation service and the contractor worked spotless. We had though to bear some extra costs that were not included in the initial quotation regarding the installation part (such as move some pipes/power plugs in the right position, place "dorpels", make the ceiling in the toilet), which was a bit annoying for us. They kindly supported us in this, returned some of the extra costs, and we are overall satisfied also with how they handled this particular situation.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Shop opened 15 minutes later without enough staff and we had to wait further for our appointment.
