Just be careful with this shop. Firstly it will make a positive impression. But it is only if you are ready to buy smth expensive there. Shop-assistants will be polite with you, will smile a lot, talk about how nice is your native country, people from it, how nice you are:))) and so on. They will promise you 100% satisfaction guarantee with easy return! But don't believe. The return will be impossible and, of course, officially they will find a reason, though in private talk they will confirm that you are right with your complaints and the shop just doesn't want to solve your issue and to waste time and money on you if you have a problem with their products.. We had such private talk at BeterBed and shop-assistant confirmed all these things.. When you will have a problem with their products they will just say that they can't do everybody happy. So, you see, there is no 100% satisfaction guarantee, they are cheating. If come to them with the intention to return the product of bad quality they will suggest you to buy another one in their shop. If you answer that you want to return this product that is not so good as was promised or to exchange it but not to buy the second one, they will say that you are a poor person, that has not enough money to buy the second item!!! Cynic, shameless. They will be very rude to you. They will say that they don't have time to discuss your issue. They will not hear you. They won't answer your questions. Be careful, use our negative experience not to get your own.

[Ordernummer: 11968183, Factuurnummer: 99966577]. Everything was nice until we decided to return duvet and duvet covers (it was just a small part of the order for 2000 euro). The reason of the return is unusual size of the duvet (140x220cm), and all duvet covers have the slit size 140cm (a big hole instead of small hole like in case of common duvet cover from other producers). Blanket simply slips out of the duvet cover. In addition to that, they were not able to find even substitution for such model, all models that they have at the store have such big slit. We didn't touch and use these duvets and covers, we understood it from the beginning that we did not want to use them because of the reason above. There was an argument that they couldn't accept them because they were unpacked, but be aware every single model is already unpacked in that store and each of them is already touched by various customers and employees. And the most interesting moment that they confirmed that moment, but you always can easily recognize it, just pay a little attention to it. To sum up: these people are really nice when you are buying something, but very rude (in face of the manager Robert, 27.07.2020) when you are trying to return anything. Words "satisfaction guarantee" and "you can return if you do not like it" - just words and they worse nothing. I strongly do not recommend you buy linens and anything else at that store, it is much better to have a deal with IKEA that is located in the next building. #beterbed

Sale was quick, rushed, because of the many customers. Bought a headboard that turned out to be too large to fit up the stairs. No problem, my mistake, can I just buy another headboard? No, not possible. Good luck, nothing we can do. A whole new bed or nada. I asked the delivery service to at least install the rest (base frame), but they wouldn't do it because they 'needed the headboard', which they refuted in the store. Not worth the money. Buy it all at IKEA, at least you can return stuff there. And you don't need to wait 6 weeks for it.

This is my worst shopping experience in the Netherlands. Their customer service is simply pathetic. No one has any answer. Twitter and chat support is horrendous. everyone will keep saying "we are working it and will get back as soon as possible". I had to return a mattress because wrong size was ordered. I denied the order as they suggested. Since last 2 weeks, they are unable to track the returned mattress. I myself had to chase down extra homes who tried to redeliver the wrong mattresses twice. extra home already dispatched the old mattress. Customer service promised me couple of times that new order is on the way which it never was. I am waiting for my new mattresses for 2 weeks now. It is extremely frustrating situation and no one at beterbed has time to work and resolve it. Definitely i will never ever recommend my friends to do any shopping from there. Customer service is not known to the company and empathy is completely missing. please beware of false promises/information from customer support. Please fix all these loop wholes of your system or else you will just loose customers. I and my pregnant wife had to suffer a lot in winters because of your inefficient system...
