Horrible experience with DFS. Ordered sofa in August 2020 and no signs of delivery still. Once the order is placed and payment is made, they disown the customers completely. Went to the store, wrote emails and called. They just mention that they can't tell me when I can have my sofa even after maximum delivery weeks have crossed. Manager doesn't meet, store staff says they are helpless. They respond to emails very late especially when you need help. So if you don't want home with no sofa, dont order with them. They leave you helpless.

We got a really expensive coach so we expected a good delivery with a installing. But They brought we live in a two floor flat where the living room is down stairs and there is also a terrace entrance they said they couldn’t make the stairs and that they didn’t wanted to try vía de outside . They just left the coach on the hallway making almost impossible for us to get inside the house and to the bedroom or toilet due to the coach that was blocking all. They told us they could come after a week but then we had to pay again delivery cost.... we thought that was ridiculous so we got friends over that helped us with putting the pieces downstairs . Another problem came when we were installing the coach there was a piece missing , we send an email and we haven’t hear anything from them yet ... so In theory we are extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with dfs!!!! I wouldn’t even give them stars ...

I ordered sofa from Eindhoven Store. After waiting for 2 months Sofa got delivered with teared up at bottom. 4 legs of Sofa is black plastic and 4 legs are white metallic. Tried to reach Eindhoven center many times but answered I received is the responsible person will be only available after a week. Waited for next week and responsible sales person called and said I have to pay extra to get all legs of Sofa same color. Why shall I pay that? Is any animal do you see with 2 black and 2 white legs? Then she said she will call me on monday and confirm me. I didn't receive any call . When I called again, I reached to customer service and now they want me to pay for order similar legs. After paying so much of money atleast customer can expect satisfactory delivery. Photos of different legs and broken base is attached. NEVER EVER WILL GO TO DFS AGAIN.
