We bought a "can do deluxe" floor that looks like concrete, less than a year later it has been stained pink from a dog bed being placed on it (its a dog bed we use while travelling or going for day trips so it moves around the house a lot and was in that spot for maximum maybe 2 weeks) we contacted praxis and were basically told its our fault and we can pay to have an evaluator come out and look at it. Its a floor, thats supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. Its advertised as usable in bathrooms. If I cannot put a fabric cushion on it without that cushion staining it, there is something wrong with the floor and definitely not suitable for home use. We will now be spending thousands having the floor removed and a new floor placed in. I find this to be absolutely awful customer service!
