Excellent parking facilities a short walk from the center. Coming from the center, it is not indicated (or not clearly) how you will return here. The logical walking route "in the right direction" means that you can easily walk around the block. Perhaps that could be improved a little. Furthermore, the parking fee may be a little lower if that helps to get more people from the region to the center, for shopping you now go faster to nearby Groningen. You notice that due to many vacancies and overdue maintenance in the center of Assen, it is in a state of decline in various places. A shame because that would not have happened with somewhat higher visitor numbers.
