A reasonable mockery was the ordering of the food at this luxury snack bar (you can order many and almost looks like a restaurant). We don't come here that often because we don't eat much fries. We have been there now max 6 times in the past year. We passed the order by telephone and that order went badly wrong. We had, among other things, ordered 4x small portions of fries and received 1x small, the other three large or medium, but far too much and we think that is a real shame to have to throw away food. There were no forks and no napkins (we are in a renovation and have had to borrow cutlery and napkins from the neighbors) the ordered croquette that was also paid by the lady who had taken the order and was also stated on the receipt and was paid denies and she literally said it was not ordered. And he indicated to the owner that they don't use forks or napkins because of the environment. I think that's a very special story because the containers where all the snacks go are also made of plastic and that is really a strange story in my view. Nearly 40 euros for a snack bar order includes forks and napkins. They are nice people and that is really true but a real apology was not offered (I could have said sorry once I don't really remember that) and I got the impression that I came across as a nag. The owner has offered twice to bring a croquette, but we said no to that, we had to continue. They really have a great company when it comes to choice and design, you can really see that but I can tell you that this is not the first time that an order goes wrong. Last time we had dinner there and made it clear that my girlfriend has an onion allergy. They don't do anything with it, even though they say they take it into account. We certainly don't think this is recommended. If a sincere apology had come and that young lady had not said that we had not ordered an extra croquette which really made no sense and there were napkins and forks, then we would have taken the too many fries for granted, which is no biggie. Again it is not the first time there. During our previous visit where things went wrong with the onion allergy, we also had 2 drunken customers who sat at the slot machine and were swearing a lot and I can tell you that was not nice. The K word all the time and grooms from the supermarket had those two drunk older guests talk about it and no one intervened. Very unfortunate. And certainly not recommended in this way. I also understand that there are many satisfied customers who may come more often, but our experience has not been very pleasant so far. And of course we also got an ice cream there or a frikandel special and that went fine, but do I have to write a positive review about it? We will try again in a while because mistakes can be made everywhere but then hope it goes well because this made no sense.

We have been coming there for years. Are very satisfied, but tonight was a real disappointment. We had a montana giant hamburger whose sandwich was old and t already fell apart from antiquity, meatball from the gravy was as if it had been in the brine, so salty. And the fricandel special was a completely different taste than we were used to, it seemed to taste like cloves, it was also cold. Very unfortunate, especially because we had been coming there to our satisfaction for years.
