Ordered pizza last weekend. This was delivered cold. The delivery person could not find our address and had already taken the pizza out of the box. She walked to our house without a box. The pizza was cold and had to be reheated immediately. Still a pity. And also the 1st time it went wrong because of the long wait. Unfortunately, I also did not receive a response to my complaint. For us that was the last time New York Pizza from Oisterwijk.

Just ordered food, picked it up yourself because it is only a 5 minute walk; ten minutes after calling, my order was ready and I walked out of the store. The order was wrong and we called to ask if they could bring the correct pizza. Then we were told that we had to wait almost half an hour (for what we walked in 5 minutes and for only 1 pizza). We were also asked if we wanted to bring the pizza back, in the rain to get the wrong pizza ourselves. Normally always good experience with the case but this time they really let us down.

Just ordered 2 Four Tasty pizzas. 1x Wrong taste. Very annoying. Bothered but not taken to call. Pizzas were no longer hot and we didn't feel like waiting as that was about to happen. First time it was wrong. It was not possible to order via the New York Pizza app. Could not select the sought after flavors. Sad.
