Until a few years ago (then still Van de Beemd), the service was very good. In recent years, the service has deteriorated noticeably, reaching a low point in 2020. One delivers very poor service on a Care by Vol car and has to escalate at Cre by Volvo to get the desired service. Will not buy a car there again. I am also very satisfied with Care by Volvo.
