I had complaints about my Achilles tendon for a year and was therefore unable to run. When I also suffered from the other foot, heel spurs, I could no longer walk painlessly. Called Oisterwijk Podotherapy for an appointment. Could already come after a week and my feet were immediately measured for an hour. I could pick up the correction soles after a week. I went to get the insoles with pain on my left and right foot. When I went back with soles I had NO PAIN anymore. I am 70 years old and since then I can walk more than two hours in the forest with my grandchildren. I haven't tried running yet, because then I have to have other soles because those shoes are half a size bigger. Thanks Podotherapie Oisterwijk .... relieved after a year of pain in two weeks.
