Run by an acquaintance of mine and mandatory, because the border with Belgium is closed, where the petrol is € 0.33 per liter cheaper !!!!!!!

Varying experiences. Sometimes very customer-oriented. Not good today. Today I called on the way to this pump with 2 short questions (is automatic car wash open and do you accept a certain card), but the conversation was interrupted twice and I was put on hold due to the message that 'customers are at the counter ', because of this I felt as a' customer on the phone 'not taken seriously. The second time I was called out that I only wanted a short answer, but ended up disconnecting myself because I didn't want to be interrupted all the time. On arrival at the pump made this negotiable, explained and asked why a customer at the counter is more valuable than on the phone, and I was totally misunderstood and told I shouldn't have disconnected. And that the instructions are "that a counter customer always comes first". The lady remained relatively tidy but was clearly irritated. A pity, because I don't think this should have been necessary. Also because I previously had more and good customer focus with this pump. My suggestion is that you might be better off not answering a phone or giving other instructions. This experience today was a downer and this customer therefore drives a pump and car wash more easily.
