WHY
I come back with a ring I bought a week ago. Stone is out. Nothing can happen to it. After all bought at a Swarofski store. I walk into the case and an employee speaks to me. I give her the ring and the receipt. She looks at the receipt and at the ring size. Then she says the ring size does not match the receipt. And looks at me with a strange look. To which I reply. What can I do that there is no correct number on the receipt. I'm not making that receipt. Strange say, she looked at me for a long time, which made me even more angry. I tell her what she means as if she is accusing me of something. Then the other girl comes over and says to me, it could be a bit nicer. I'm sorry the customer isn't the other way around. It could certainly be more friendly.

You get to know a business when you need it. If you buy something they are friendly when you come back with a complaint then you will only see Zero kindness .. what an arrogant woman say .. I will certainly never walk in again .. rotten with your Swarofski case
