They have extremely nice silver items,but the girls working there are awful...they do not care if the shop is full of clients,they keep just talking to ONE, taking it slow while others stand and wait wait wait. Waaaaaait. They're not very friendly either,I had to explain several times what I wanted and they kept showing something else, not smart.

Most unfriendly staff out there. As a customer you almost have to beg to be helped. Not done of course, so went to another store.

Very bad experience 2 ladies who are not friendly at all and make you wait in a row !!! I hope they are addressed about this, because that is not how it can be, customer service is paramount, customers are and will remain king, whatever the situation looks like or is currently, I hope these ladies who are addressed on June 9 at 13:30 pm because it can't be, I'm not someone who types a review quickly but I don't accept such arrogant behavior, Lucardi tilburg not recommended, still become a waiting list, I do not know how to do without a star, but I gave them 1 otherwise I could not respond therefore !!! not even half star. Not a star bad ridiculous and disgusting people. Customers are the K-O-N-I-N-G !!!

Very unfriendly and no customer service at all. I was at the counter and the two ladies behind the counter just pretended I didn't exist. Definitely never come here because I've never seen such bad service.
