Prices have gone up enormously in recent years. Many products therefore remain in place longer and are more expensive than in the store where they come from. The book department is neat, clearly someone who does it with love. I no longer visit the branch because the staff are rude. Whether it is just after the lockdown and the staff passes you right by to put something away or how they address you and 'kindly' ask you to leave your backpack at the checkout. Right next to the entrance without control in front of the plastic plate, so it is easy for malicious people to grab. Bag check is irregular and I'm not even talking about those out-of-the-ordinary teenagers who are wandering around on the second floor. I much prefer to visit the branches in Schijndel, Best and Nuenen where they understand customer-friendliness.

Spacious branch with a good book department where clearly someone works who gives love and attention to it. And that is also the last positive about this store. I have been used to the bored staff especially at the till for years. There are posters asking to keep their distance, but the staff themselves do not do that to the customers. They just put products away next to you, sliding past you, that was already rude for corona. Also their bag policy, one month no check the next month and then also selective. A woman in front of me with backpack was not checked but I had to open my patch bag? In addition, the prices are very high, higher than what it cost new. Still, I prefer to buy second-hand rather than new, but no longer in this branch, where the (cash register) staff is mainly a problem.

A large variety of second-hand goods. Furniture, appliances, clothes, shoes, household goods at low prices. If you get tired and want to relax for a while you can get coffee or tea from a machine and nothing to eat. I spent three hours here without to find out when they passed.
