Don't buy anything here .. $ 525 wasted jacket of 525 euros used for 3 months. The entire down is gone / thin, after a short period of use. The jacket is as flat as a dime. He was super thick and warm in the beginning super firm. Now my airforce that I have worn for 4 to 5 years is much thicker .. this is no longer a winter jacket. Have approached lola to say that this is part of a woolrich coat that will stick the inner lining together. I understand that if this happens at some point, certainly but not after 4 months of not even using it every day. The jacket has not even been taken to a dry cleaner for so short that I have worn it .. but well they tell me that this is how it should be and no guarantee My girlfriends have the same coat, this is not part of a Woolrich coat. It may have signs of wear and tear, but several stores say that this is probably not a factory defect. Then I rely on the factory warranty that I have 2 years, this is stated on the lo * la site. . They say yes, it does not do that on the inner lining. Well I immediately approached Woolrich and this is a lie. And they have indicated that there may be a factory defect in the jacket. That this is of course covered by the warranty. And that this should not happen with their coat within three months. I immediately mail this to lo * la but again no response Have sent several emails and I am completely ignored. I know this because I supposedly wanted to place an order via another email and of course she responded immediately. Don't let it sit here, of course But I advise everyone not to buy here. Thought this “nice little shop” in oistwrwijk had good customer service. If you want to buy something, they respond immediately .. if you invoke the warranty you will be completely ignored

Folks, don't buy on this site. There are enough sites in the Netherlands. I have bought for more than 800 euros and due to my illness I am too late to return. I return for less than 300 euros. They just send it back. Now I have clothes here that the children don't fit. While they have earned more than 500 euros for me. They never see me again.
