Magnificent. Really the largest possible former hospital wards converted to rooms. Singing birds in the herb garden

We arrived for the diner the service was really good, the waiters careful and friendly and the meals delicious. The hotel room is nice and the atmosphere really relaxing. Breakfast is good, with a nice choice of homemade or local products and teas. Only “surprising” detail is that coffee from the machine (that also works for cappuccinos etc) is not included. We came back for lunch around 1:30pm. A large group was here and still they said we could have lunch. Free and clean tables were available close to the windows. However, when one of the waitress asked the boss he said “not here” without even looking at us and showed her other tables, which would have been fine is one of the table was not dirty (with pieces of egg), the other possible table with no chairs and if we would not have waited about 10 minutes with our coat and bags standing in front of the table with no one coming to clean or to say to wait sitted in nearby the sofas, or just talk to us to apologize. Given the type of restaurant, this is a very surprising attitude from what looked like the manager of the service team. We left noticing the person at the front desk of the problem and even more surprisingly, he saw us leaving (so he knew we were waiting in front of a dirty table then ?!) and instead of apologizing, he started to try to defend himself in a rather unrespectful manner. Very sad for a restaurant in the Michelin guide and disappointing probably for the whole team to have to work with such a person putting the reputation of the restaurant at risk.

Had Easter brunch there. Enjoyed it a lot. Excellent food.

Fantastic architecture, great food, ambiance and people

Great location, friendly staff, fairly priced. Only disadvantage: warm water boiler proved to be insufficient to provide warm water for all.
