Crematorium en Uitvaartcentrum Wâldhôf Drachten

Today I witnessed a special ceremony in connection with the death of my 90-year-old mother-in-law. Both the funeral director Hindrik Riemersma from Nijboer funeral care from Drogeham and the staff of the crematorium did their utmost to make a worthy farewell to everyone in a pleasant atmosphere and with attention and respect for everyone. Many thanks for that.

The large auditorium, with a view of the water, is very beautiful. The small auditorium is also nicely decorated .. Ideal for small groups. (we were 20 people) Very friendly and helpful staff. In short 5 stars.

RESPECTLESS NO WORDS FOR On Tuesday, January 21, 2019 we had to bring my aunt, unfortunately, and we had no funeral director and had to do everything ourselves. On Friday you will go to see things for the family room for music and presentation. And you come all the way from North Holland to go through everything. Then you call Monday morning if everything went well and they just say that if you rent the small family room that you can not complete solemnity online! And that you have to supply everything yourself at a powerpoint presentation. But well that we called ourselves otherwise we would have had nothing. Then the farewell in family room on Tuesday we are not cold yet from the family room and had to condone in the coffee room. Then there is a man next to you from the crematorium and says you have the forms with you because the oven is already hot and otherwise Mrs can not. We had to condone in the family room and we could not do that because we had to get the form right away! A farewell can only be done and condoned once. We only had half an hour and did not get anything from it. HOW RESPECTLESS you can deal with people.

If you have a complaint you can discuss this better with the organization than to post a negative opinion on the internet ... but even though it was a very nice service I was sorry that we had to rip it off when we drank coffee because apparently another group came ... I have spoken and this is certainly not their vision .. They do want people to have time to say goodbye.

Wonderful funeral. Beautiful room with views of water and greenery. Well supervised and as a memento everything on film. What a fine memory. Also when collecting the ashes personal attention. Despite the sadness, very satisfied and satisfied feeling about everything. Thanks.
