The quality of the toys is terrible. They are simply dangerous. My dog chew through on in 4 min since unpacking and she is a small 8 kg dog. Food is definitely not worth 25 euro. In the end in disappointed.

very bad company, difficult to reach, react slowly and do not have their affairs in order. after I ordered a trial box in April and immediately canceled the subscription, I still received a charge. okay, can happen, quickly email and they indicated that everything was resolved. now in november i got a second payment reminder, while i never got a first reminder, nor received any more products from them, except for the trial box in april, which was paid via ideal! responded to the email that I didn't know about anything and also sent a screenshot of the last email contact in which they confirmed that everything was stopped. a week later I received an email asking if I could send a screenshot of the payment or that I indicated that I have not received a box from them anymore. It sounds like they no longer know what is up or down. in addition, that response from my mail was also forwarded to some hotmail address. nice that they handle customer data so carefully, yet read again what you can and cannot do according to the GDPR and in addition, their terms and conditions cannot be found on their site - - - Edit - - - 11/30/2020 it doesn't get any better, they really haven't heard of privacy. I get emails intended for other customers (counter is now at 4), and the hotmail address is still in their email. in their response they are doing great fun but nothing has been solved yet! also received no present as claimed, not that that would change my review.

I have indicated several times that I am no longer interested in the sniffer box. The moment you request a trial box, you are immediately a member and payment is automatically made. This is not clear when you request a trial box. Then there is a message that you can easily cancel in your account, but unfortunately. Really very unfortunate think it is a nice project nice things for the dog relatively not very expensive but well unemployed by corona makes it just too expensive for my and many others.
