Personally had very bad experience with the house to house physio. Did not show up and expected me to come at the first appointment, while I informed by phone that I was not mobile and had a referral from the doctor. Receptionist claimed I said to come there which was obviously impossible and I had clearly stated this as they were asking themselves. Then I unexpectedly had to rehabilitate to another region and immediately called the physiotherapist about this news. This was at 10 am while the appointment was at 12.30 pm. Of course I understand this too well that they have to calculate this. Only now they bill me personally for 2 missed appointments. While I only canceled too late for 1. They immediately wanted to take this higher after which I realized that they were not concerned with helping people.
