What a cool concept. Lots of choice in tasty dishes for an evening of enjoyment. (2 dishes, per person, per round) Fixed price, including most drinks. Even wine is included, but if you want something stronger (or a mixed drink) you pay a small amount for that drink. We had a really good meal and enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of vegetarian choices too. Clear information about allergens. Good service and kitchen, nice owner; you really feel welcome.

** Edit 8/20/20 *** Today after posting my review had a response from the restaurant that they regret the course of events and that action is being taken. The fact that the reviews are taken seriously is a great credit to them and we are going for the second chance ** A friend of mine was very enthusiastic about the location in Delft, which is why we went to visit the location in Oisterwijk. Unfortunately it became a deception I had some cold dishes like carpaccio and tartare which were served at room temperature. This is not only not tasty, but also a danger to your health. The wait staff seemed to have been instructed to collect the notes with the order from the guests once every twenty to thirty minutes, eventually causing your appetite to lose. This was evident from the fact that in the meantime you were asked about your drinking wishes, but the note was completely ignored. That way you can set up an All You Can Eat. However, an exception was made for a young group of people who sat a few tables away, who turned out to be colleagues and apparently they are served quickly. All in all a disappointment and they will not see us there again soon.

Sooooo honest. Have tried concepts of these dishes many times. But this one rises far above it. So many choices even Vega. And no everyday dishes. Including drinks that they came really quickly with to record and deliver. In a word TOP!

Delicious eaten outside at Heinde en Ver Oisterwijk. Was surprised by the wide choice on the menu. Waiters were very friendly and helpful. I am pregnant and they were able to tell me exactly what I could and could not take. Definitely going back!
