Successful, great shop and the shop assistant was very friendly and helpful, felt good.

Friendly and helpful. The order I came to pick up came in a box 6 times larger than necessary and they proposed to take the box away in advance, which saved a lot of work. Beautiful, tidy shop.

A spacious store but very full. Very very young staff, almost children in my eyes. Came there with a broken coffee machine, 1/2 year old, had bon with me. I explained what it was about, after which the two young girls who ran the store bent over the device to see if it was true what I told them. One of the ladies went upstairs with the device to try it out while the other one tried to find out what might be wrong with Google. After about an hour, the ladies came to the conclusion that the device was broken and had to be sent for repair. It could take a month. It went on Friday with the freight to the distribution center and from there to the supplier. A replacement or loan device was not offered and asked for not present. So do not buy coffee or another during the repair. All in all it took almost 1 1/2 hours before I was outside again, without a device. I was also offered, despite being handicapped, walking with crutches, no chair or other seat. I was allowed to stand or hang against the counter all the time. Best Service ?????
