Disappointed. Beautiful shop, nice shop. we were full of anticipation. Delivery time longer than agreed without prior warning. Also did not know which part of the day the furniture would come. The delivery time of the floor lamp would be almost six months after a few extensions, and may be canceled in exceptional cases. Ordered the same lamp somewhere else the next day, it is delivered and 40 euros cheaper. We were dissatisfied with the couch from the first day, seats full of potholes and bumps, according to the service technician, this was normal (was a flop sofa). Still got refills in the seat cushions (plus for Whoon). After almost 3 months, these come with the guarantee that the casual plump appearance will return soon. After the lock down we will look for a new bank. Continuation: Now after more than a week, the second-hand appearance is back. It's a pity.

My parents bought a sofa from whoon oisterwijk for 1375, - euro. The sofa looked great in the showroom. However, upon receipt, the sofa looked like it had been used as a trampoline. In response, my parents are told that this is part of this type of sofa. This kind of quality sofas are offered more often for certain cases, but for 500, - euro and not for 1375, - euro. Now my parents have been forced to order a new sofa elsewhere because the current sofa has completely sagged.

Last week we received our (second) carpet. We have been helped very well by the Whoon team. The seller advised us well (even had the opportunity to view the samples at home!), And the delivery was right on time. The guys who came to bring this have done it nicely and also took all the rubbish with them. I can recommend everyone to buy his / her stuff here. Good price, and very good service. We will definitely be back here!

what a super cool store! Just bought a new interior. Helped by an incredibly enthusiastic lady, who quickly sensed our taste and style. Completely happy and satisfied !!
